They do not apply to the Bet Mode operator itself: the operator has its own terms, published on its own domain, which govern any account you may open there.
What this site is not
This site is not an online casino, a sportsbook, a gambling operator or a payment processor. We do not accept wagers, we do not hold player balances, we do not process deposits or withdrawals and we do not issue tax forms. All of these services are provided by Bet Mode under its own license — not by us. If you believe you have deposited money through this site, you have not: the deposit went to the operator after you clicked a referral link, and any dispute about that deposit must be raised with the operator.
